ITALVIBRAS has been producing electric vibrators since 1959 for numerous industrial applications. This strategic direction has paved the way for Italvibras to invest all of its resources into the development of electric vibrators, thus achieving exceptionally high standards in quality and product reliability.
Italvibras vibrators are particularly reliable in the most critical conditions of use. Along with CE and IP 66-7 (degree of mechanical protection) certifications, the vibrators have also obtained certifications for potentially exposive atmospheres: for Europe, CESI notification that testifies to production quality (EEx e - EEx d) according to Directive ATEX (94/9/EC) and U.L., C.S.A., D.I.P. Australia for the rest of the world.
From 2006, the entire electric vibrators series MVSI, MVSI-TS, M3, MTF, MVB, MVB-FLC and VB are ATEX standard according to new international norms IEC 61241-0 and 61241-1. This means that every standard motor is certified for safe operation inenvironments with potentially explosive dust atmospheres (ATEX II 2 D Certification). Certification for new Micro-series is ATEX II 3 D.
Added to these are electric vibrator series MVSI-E, M3/65-E, MTF-E, MVB-E, MVB-FLC-E and VB-E with EEx e increased safety and for potentially explosive dust and gas atmospheres (ATEX II 2 G,D Certification) and the CDX series explosion-proof electric vibrators (ATEX II 2 G,D Certification).
